How does EditorAI work?
Record yourself talking to the camera, or pick a video from Photos. Whenever you fumble a line, just say it again. EditorAI finds the retakes, long pauses and "ums", keeps your best take of each line and shows you the result. You can swap takes, restore lines or trim clips before saving.
Are my videos uploaded?
No. Your videos stay on your iPhone. Only the audio of the video you edit is sent, encrypted, to be transcribed and analysed, and it isn't stored. See the Privacy Policy.
What do the limits mean?
Plans are measured in minutes of video: each video counts its length, with a minimum of 30 seconds. Starter includes 150 minutes a month and Pro 450, to use whenever you like. Ultimate has no monthly limit and allows up to 50 minutes a day. You can see what's left in Settings. Videos can be up to 5 minutes long.
How do I cancel?
Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → EditorAI, or in the app Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal or the end of the free trial. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I have a new iPhone. How do I get my plan back?
Install EditorAI with the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases in Settings or on the plans screen.
The edit cut something it shouldn't have.
Tap the line in the editor and choose another take, or use the handles on the timeline to extend the clip. If it keeps happening, tell us from Settings → Send Feedback.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, Settings → Delete My Data deletes what we hold on our server at once. Your projects live on your iPhone and are removed when you delete them or the app.
